From the gridiron to the Vegas grindāI've lived the hustle and now I help families protect what matters most.
Before insurance, I played college football at the University of Montana, where we won a National Championship in 2001. I signed with the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent and made the team my rookie yearāuntil an injury got me cut. I then played in NFL Europe and the Arena Football League for teams including the Philadelphia Soul, owned by Jon Bon Jovi.
When football ended, I learned what working people everywhere know: the grind is real. I sold cars, worked in real estate and timeshare, then moved to Las Vegas in 2010. Over 16 years here, I built my own businessesāa travel club and call centerāwhich allowed me to walk away from timeshare and work for myself. Then COVID hit in 2020, and I had to shut it all down.
That experience taught me what families really needāsomeone who listens, explains things clearly, and helps them protect what matters most.
Football and growing up in a military household taught me everything I know about discipline, teamwork, and never giving upāand prepared me for life. At the University of Montana, I wasn't just playingāI was competing at an elite level. We won a National Championship in 2001, and I was honored as an All-Big Sky Conference Cornerback and a candidate for the prestigious Buck Buchanan Award.
I set the University of Montana's long jump school record in 2000 at 25 feet, three-quarters of an inch. That level of focus and determination? It never left me.
I signed with the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent and made the team my rookie yearāuntil an injury got me cut. But I didn't quit. I played in NFL Europe, then joined the Arena Football League, suiting up for the New Orleans VooDoo and the Philadelphia Soulāthe team owned by legendary icon Jon Bon Jovi.
When my playing days ended, I had to figure out what came next. That's when I discovered I had skills that translated off the field: determination, work ethic, and the ability to connect with people.
After football, I dove into salesāfirst selling cars, then real estate in 2007. Getting my real estate license opened doors to the timeshare industry in Florida, which brought me to Las Vegas in 2010.
For years, I worked in timeshare while building something on the side. In 2016, I started my own travel club. By 2018, I left timeshare completely to focus on my businesses. In 2019, I opened a call center. Things were looking up.
Then COVID hit in 2020, and I had to shut it all down.
During those years, I did what so many working people do: worked multiple jobs to make it work. Drove for Uber between meetings. Picked up hosting gigs. Juggled multiple income streams because that's what it takes to build something.
My father used to say, "It's people and processes," and when things went wrong, "It's just the cost of tuition." Every setback was a lesson, every failure was education. That mindset kept me moving forward.
"I know what it's like to wonder if you're doing enough. To look at your family and think, 'What happens to them if something happens to me?'"
That question kept me up at night. And it's the same question that drives me today.
When COVID hit in 2020 and I had to shut down my businesses, I found myself in a tough spot financially. That's when I remembered the life insurance policy my parents had purchased for me and my siblings when we were teens. I was able to pull from the cash valueāand it got me through.
That moment changed everything for me. I realized most people have no idea that life insurance isn't just about what happens when you dieāit can help you while you're alive. I came across a quote that stuck with me: "Life insurance isn't for those who die. It's for those who live."
In 2021, I got my life insurance license because I wanted to help people understand this. According to LIMRA's 2025 Insurance Barometer Study, 40% of American adults believe they need more life insuranceāthat's close to 100 million people. Even more alarming: 40% of adults say their loved ones would be barely or not at all financially secure if the primary wage earner died unexpectedly.
Working familiesāwhether they're working multiple gigs or a steady 9-to-5āneed someone who takes the time to explain things clearly and help them protect what they've worked so hard to build. I understand the struggle, and I know the power life insurance can haveābecause I've lived it.
I know what it's like to wonder if you're doing enough. I've worried about making rent. I've juggled multiple gigs. I've wondered if I was doing the right thing to protect my family.
Now I get to help people who are working hard, building something, and need real protection.
That's why I love what I do. Because you deserve someone who gets it. Someone who's been in the trenches. Someone who'll give you straight answers.
Whether you need a quick quote or want to discuss your options, I'm here to help.
